Rooms are big! Upon entry I couldn't ignore how clean it looked and how fresh the room smelled, the clerk even allowed me to check in early. Informed me of an early check in fee , PRIOR to charging me , in which I appreciated completely. I like the fact that the property is so small, enough to supervise. Also enjoy the fact how it's smack dab in the middle of a great shopping center. There's a Walmart, plasma donation center, several food chains to choose from. Whether fast food, real food, raw sushi ! You name it. Great location!
I cannot express how grateful I am right now for this Hotel. We came to Houston expecting to stay with family but it did not turn as planned. We initially tried checking into another hotel but the person lied to us about the bed sizes we were getting. We spent 2 hours trying to find another hotel that could fit me and my children and finally got lucky here. The gentleman at the counter was so friendly and even upgraded us, free of charge, after I told him about our experience with the other hotel. The room is clean and he placed us conveniently next to an elevator knowing I had to carry a little one. Thank you so much for turning our stressful night around!
The room was great. Super clean and well decorated. The light switches were all connected, though, so figuring out that we needed to have both swirthes by the door on to turn the bathroom lights on. Crazy. The breakfast was not great: old bagels, Sunny D and bruised apples. Comfy bed, though. Quiet location. Really great place for the price.
